my stupid back strikes again.
I am sitting at my table on my laptop, and I turned to look out the window, and my back did something terrible. I have always had a really bad back due to old injuries, but now I can hardly move! FI won't be home for 2 hours to look after LO and I don't know what I am going to do when he wakes up and needs to be picked up. =/ I hope this doesn't mean more chiropractors and PT. Boo.
And sorrry for board clogging, I'm having to keep an eye on my email and phone to see if I got the spot at the barn, and I am bored!

Lame! I have a really bad back too, genetics + work injuries, so I know what you're going through. Hope you find a solution that at least makes the pain manageable!
