A Milo-stone :)
As I was leaving day care this morning, I waved "bye-bye" to Milo. Been trying to do that so he is aware that I'm leaving (he's about that age when separation anxiety will kick in, so I'm trying to get him used to the idea). I was floored when he looked back at me, matter-of-factly sucking on his bottom lip, held up his right hand and waved back.
Oh. My. God.
Probably seems silly but I guess I read it as the first time he "spoke" to me... lol I called DH and my mom right away to share.
He might not do it again for a few weeks, but I will never forget today.

LOVE this.
We are told in daycare not to "tell" when kids make milestones and their parents don't see it. I loveee when parents finally do. It makes my heart smile.
