goal for the month

So they say its supposed to take 30 days to make a habit and 30 days to break one, right? Well, if this is true, I think it's about time for me to really truly quit with the nail biting. I have done it since I was a kid and I hate it, but haven't been able to stop! I'm trying to just keep them painted, but we'll see whether that works or not.

Get Nailtiques.  It is an *amazing* product and well worth the (slightly high) cost.  I've been a chronic biter all my life, but once I started using that stuff, no more.  My nails never broke at all.  I even had natural nails on my wedding day!

I may just invest in that. I am so sick of this! The price seems worth it from what I have seen online.
