As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update on our puppy
After two weeks of successful steriod/antibiotic treatment the vet thinks that our little guy (ok, 50lbs is not so little) has an auto immune disorder. Over the next 2 months we will be weaning him off of the steroids and giving him an antibiotic. I've seen many human parents get funny about giving their children vaccines. Apparently, this type of auto immune problem is typically vaccine induced. We've given every vaccine that the vet reccomended. The vet also told us that they have seen more of this in poodles over the past three years. A lot of the time the dogs are fine by the time they are two years old. That's going to be a long 15 months of nail biting. Hopefully I never have to come home to a super sick puppy again.
