Set my date with Jenn GG!
It's 2 weeks from now and I'm totally nervous! I'm doing my own make-up, being a make-up artist I have the products and DH likes how I do it. I'm getting my hair done at Swank. Just a few things I'm nervous about, maybe you ladies can help!
1) I'm afraid I won't get the reaction from DH that I'm hoping for. I'm going for "sexy", since I'm not so good at that but DH likes it. I just want him to be like "wow you look hot" and be proud of me for doing something crazy.
2) I'm afraid I won't be photogenic and all of the pictures will suck.
3) I'm afraid I won't be able to let go and have fun to get great pictures.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

They will be great I am sure! I was self conscious but they turned out better than I had thought.
I brought champagne so I could relax and my friend that drove me gave me a margarita. So I got a more than a little tipsy. While it worked, I don't necessarily recommend that route
1) try pintrest-ing some photos of what your H likes--even if it's out of your realm. it will be more fun to do something that he purely likes, and is something you're not quite used to.
2) jennygg is amazing. your pictures will rock.
3) try a couple glasses of wine, and some good, fun, party music.

jumped ship to the new and improved nest. back to TB for baby boards.
I was super nervous too and kept everything a secret from H. In fact, I made a few comments that I would never feel comfortable doing something like that.
I felt really awkward and after I walked out of Jenny GG's, I was worried that I made a very expensive mistake and that I was going to hate them. Granted, she showed me a few pics along the way and they looked pretty good on the tiny camera screen, but I was still a bit worried.
I was blown away. My crazy awkwardness only came through in a few shots, and H loved his. Trust me - I don't think any guy would dislike really nice sexxay pictures of his significant other
1) I can't think of any guys who wouldn't love sexxay pictures of their SOs. I'm sure he's going to love them.
2) JennyGG makes everyone look amazing. Seriously. She's really good and figuring out how to pose you and make you look awesome.
3) It is nerve wracking at first. I'd recommend a glass of wine, and just trying to relax and go with the flow.
1- he is going to totally love them! he will be proud of you for doing something crazy, get that out of your head lady!
2- jennygg is a rockstar. she always says that she is a women first, which means if something doesn't look right, a hair, your lipstick, whatevs, she will totally tell you. this also means that she really knows what looks beautiful. jennygg has made me look more beautiful in photos than i do in real life numerous times. she is incredible and this needs to get out of your head too!!!
3- i would suggest a glass of wine, but probably not multiple. and you could always just bring some with you and if you think you need it, that could be a cute shot..
but as far as i remember, she has a ipod docking station. she will make you feel SO comfortable and so beautiful.
when i got my makeup and hair done, i told them i wanted it to look like sex. maybe you could try that? lol. i think my pics looked like sex.
