DH and I dating anniversary
Four years ago today DH and I got back together after being broken up for 3 years. It was a Wednesday. The following Friday, we went out to dinner, and started talking about our wedding.
We don't celebrate it or anything anymore, but I like to make note of important days.

DH and I celebrate our dating anniversaries, half-anniversaries and now of course the wedding and wedding half anniversaries too! It's just a nice way to have little dates and have little milestones to celebrate!
We are having a fancy dinner at my favourite restaurant Arturo's on Saturday which is our 6 1/2 year 'together' anniversary, plus it's pretty close to Valentine's Day - which is our 'half wedding anniversary' - so we are rolling it all into one for this celebration! We have a $100 gift cert still from my shower to use at Arturo's which makes it a little lighter on our budget as well.
Usually for the half anniversaries it's a nice meal out, or in, and then a movie or something - it's never anything huge, just an acknowledgement of the date. And it's fun!
