Movie Monday

See any good movies lately? See anything horrible?

We saw Something Borrowed on Friday. Such a horrible movie. Could have just been a 20 minute tv show. Want those 2 hour back.

Re: Movie Monday

  • Saw Red Tails at the movies and love it.

Rented Ides of March and Midnight in Paris. I tried really hard to get into Midnight in Paris but just couldn't. I liked Ides of March ( probably because of Ryan Gossling) although it made me detest politics even more than I already do right now.

  • We watched Courageous last weekend. It was an awesome movie with an excellent message. We also watched The Change-up yesterday, which was very, very funny.
  • I also just watched all of the Twilight movies because I just finished reading all of the books. I am officially addicted and counting down the days until Breaking Dawn comes out on dvd.
  • I rented What's Your Number over the weekend. It was cute. I like Anna Faris because she's not your typical romcom heroine. She's definitely more awkward and funny.

Another one bites the dust. A new reason to love you, Erin! :)

Courageous was AMAZING, let me just say that. I saw it by myself in theaters, then I went back and saw it with my grandma, and now I totally put it on our Netflix because Mike needs to watch this. Best movie/message of the year!

We watched Abduction, with Taylor Lautner, I heard mixed reviews but Mike and I actually really liked it. Yes the acting wasn't amazing, but still it had a good plot (or at least one we both like action + lifetime storyline) and nice eye candy, I'll take it.
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • We watched Scream 4 on Saturday. I laughed throughout most of the movie. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't scary at all.
