Re: Good Morning MN!
Good morning!
Nothing too exciting going on today or this week. The receptionists need to stop putting random phone calls through to my direct line though.
Big changes coming and new beginnings around the corner; that's usually been my take when I dream that I'm PG. Of course, right now, dreaming that I'm PG is pretty redundant.
I envy you your chiro appt. I really need to do something about my own aches and pains.
That sounds like fun!
There are big changes coming and I'm super excited! But typically when I have a pregnancy dream, someone I know is KU. So I'm starting to question people lol.
My friend convinced me to go because I have horrid lower back/hip issues. When I do get pregnant, I'm in trouble
I'm pretty sure a certain little Texan we all love and miss made sneaky announcement in the intro post. Maybe that's where the dream came from.
My best friends who are my second family are coming in for the weekend. I'm trying to spaz clean my whole house and plan my shopping trips out so we can stock the pantries for a 4 day weekend of 4 adults and 6 kids.
I have a headache and I'm waiting for my Advil to kick in.
My parents are coming to visit this week!!!! I am excited to see them! This will be our last visit with them before we move.
We are working on getting the move stuff squared away. We received a letter on Friday from our d-bag landlord. We told him we would be out of our townhouse on the ninth of the month. He responded by letting us know that he does not prorate at the termination of a lease. So, either we vacate NLT the 29th or we pay the full month's rent to be there just nine days. >:o/ We are NOT happy about this. DH and I have, individually and together, moved out of a lot of rentals and have NEVER encountered this. And yes, he is well aware of DH's employer and the reason for our move. I can understand that this is how he runs his business, but some understanding and consideration would have been nice. It's not like we were planning ton stay for free. Heck, we'd even pay half a month's rent for those nine days. Between the wretched landlord and the neighbor's aggressive dogs, we are ready to get out of here. Six more weeks, six very busy weeks.
ZOMG! That sneaky little turd. I'm SO excited for her!
I saw that. The lil' stinker.
What a d-bag indeed! I hope things start cooperating soon.
I have lower back issues as well and that was one of biggest fears about being PG. With L it actually ended up being a complete non-factor with only the typical/standard sciatica (which isn't pleasant but nothing to do with my back issues). I'm approaching month 8 with this PG and am only starting to have back issues: My point being - You never know!
I'm impressed any of you were able to open posts and reply today.
Monday's going by quickly enough! We're in ABUs for an exercise, which always makes Mondays a little bit better. Nothing exciting for this week, but my housekeeper is at my house right now, so I'll go home to a house that smells like Pine Sol. I'm considering asking her to switch because if the smell is that strong when I get home at the end of the day, I can only imagine how the poor dogs feel about it.
I'm just trying, with absolutely no success thus far, to actually start being productive. And the most exciting thing I have planned for this week, I think, is to figure out how to adjust the seat on our new (to us) car so I can actually drive it with my ridiculously short legs.
Yeah, I'm interesting.
See, I think I'd rather get them done here by someone I trust than wait another 6 months when I get another cut. Yes, I wait that long, lol. And sorry for the delete but I took my picture out and fighting with TN all I could do was delete it.
BLT, I didn't see the post where you were considering bangs, but I had bangs while AD and just used bobby pins to keep them in place for work. It wasn't that big of a deal, but then I was CBRN/Ops desk so I didn't do too much strenuous activity during the actual work day. I have a big forehead, and without bangs I look a hot mess.
In short, I wouldn't let Army regulations hold you back, because you can make it a non-issue. Plenty of female soldiers can't seem to manage (LOL) but I know you could.
thats basically everyone here. lol
I changed my name
Yesterday I kept fantasizing about Swiss Cake Rolls. I have no clue why, since I've never particularly liked them and haven't had one in the past decade. I bought a box today and it was extremely disappointing. They didn't really taste like anything.
My bridesmaid shoes arrived in the mail a few hours ago. I need to break them in so I don't die at the wedding, but I there is nowhere appropriate for me to be wearing these ridiculous stripper heels.
First world problems!

I've had 3 pregnancy dreams in the past week. To the point that I POAS yesterday and it was a BFN. I'm hoping it's just a sign of good things to come on the job search front.
I'm working today and then just hanging out with E tonight. I think we are going to tackle putting together the bookshelves that have been sitting in my office for over a week,
And I get my hairs cut and colored tomorrow! I'm freaking excited I haven't had my hair cut since May and I haven't had it professionally colored since right after our wedding.
