TT: So I finally got a freaking Mexican food place
Which like 20 of my stupid people wanted to work for and it sucks! #1: Shrimp platter? WTF kind of mexican food is that? #2: I have three dream job people working there and the inventory sucks ase.
I feel so sad for the people who were waiting their whole little bit lives for this joint to open up.

What is it with the mexican restaurant? It was my first level. I have five different people that think it's their dream job.
You can upgrade the inventory, but it still pretty much sucks.

All of my people want to work at the shoe store, the mexican food place, or the mapple store. I immediately evict anyone who wants to work at the mapple store because it sound so dumb.
eta: I just googled it and apparently it's a Simpson reference? I refuse to build it.

I just got the $499 elevator yesterday and it still sucks. It's so fast that it's impossible to just stop at a certain floor.
I'm spending my tower bucks on moving my floors into groups now.

I occasionally get someone complaining about how slow the elevator is, and I have the fastest one. But I've also gotten a comment from someone about how fast they are followed by someone else saying how slow they are.
I keep thinking I'm going to delete my tower, but I haven't because I still like the time-suck when things are slow here. So maybe I'll delete and start over.

I've started replacing dream job people. If I already have three, then I evict the lowest qualified. Eventually I'll have a tower full of people with skill levels of 9 in their dream jobs! Muhahaha!
I still haven't gotten the MFing Casino. I was waiting for months for it so I could continue a task I'd started, and I finally just started a new task. Now I bet the next recreation floor I get will be a casino.
