Has anyone seen One for the Money yet? (No spoilers)
I just wanted to know if it was any good. I think we are going to go see it next weekend.

I went and saw this movie yesterday..It was ok...I like Katherine Heigel but this movie was so so...It was about an hour and a half and she has her hair dyed brunette for this part...One of my favorite movies with her was 27 Dresses...I guess if you are a fan of hers, go see this but I recommend people maybe wait till it goes to dvd...
I've seen it twice. Not because it was OMGSOGREAT, but because I accidentally made plans with two different groups to go see it.
Anyway, I thought it was pretty decent (I went in expecting it to be a total bomb). It was way better than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised how well the casting actually went with the book characters. I'm a lover of the book series, so I know all the tiny details and the plots and whatnot, so I'm not sure how it would be with someone who hasn't read the books. The only real downside I noticed that may or may not be an issue: it seemed kind of 'choppy'/going from scene to scene, so I'm not sure if someone who hasn't read the books could keep up or get the full effect very well.
Over all... I'd give it a B, maybe?
I was pleasantly surprised. Hate Katherine Heigl, but loved the books. Movie was a pretty decent adaptation, and my husband who even didn't mind sitting through.
Oscar worthy? Nope. A cute way to spend an hour or two? Yep!
I haven't seen it yet either. I am not a huge fan of Katherine Heigel, but I did really like the book. Haven't read any other from the series though. Do you all recommend them? Idk what the next book in the series even is.
I recommend them. Obviously, they're no work of art, but they fun and 'fluffy'. Although, they get a little redundant at times, but that never really bothered me. IMO, they get a lot better than the first book as the characters build relationships and whatnot. And, they always made me laugh.
The next book is 'Two for the Dough', 'Three to Get Deadly', 'Four Score', etc.
