Recommend your car seat!
My little guy is almost 1 years old and we have to get a new car seat for DH's car. What do you ladies recommend??? Convertible, 3-in-1, etc. brand and models too please!

I would avoid any that are rear facing/forward facing/booster as very few are good at all three (jack of all trades, master of none). Since he's just one, you'll want a seat that will keep him rear facing for at least another year. The ones most recommended are:
diono radian (if you get this one I highly recommend ordering an angle adjuster as otherwise it tends to be very reclined rear facing and leave no room for the person sitting in front of it)
graco myride 65
evenflow triumph advance
Britax seats are good as well, but they all have shorter shells than these seats so kids outgrow them for height earlier (and most kids outgrow seats for height long before hitting the weight limits)
