I am going to start re-reading my favorite childhood book from Germany. It's probably not different than reading the babysitter club here. And I am quite excited about it (bows bright red head in shame)

Re: Confessions anyone?
I know I must have a confession today, but I can't think of any of them. Let me come back to this.

These are random...
I have the whole Harry Potter series memorized. Seriously, ask me anything.
I used to be able to recite The Princess Bride while watching it, but I haven't seen it in a few years so I'm not sure if I could do it now. It's my favorite movie of all time though.
I'm kind of afraid to bring up the subject of baby #2 with DH because when I mentioned it a few months ago (in passing) I got such a negative response.
I hate showering at night but I've had to since DS was born. I can't figure out how to fit it into my morning. And related, I throw my hair in a ponytail 80% of the time and it makes me feel very blah. I wish I could make some time to do my hair and put on make up.

Decorate This
I've been taking so much leave at work lately--it's just 30 minutes here, an hour there, but it's adding up. It's just so hard for me to get up at 5.
I've been spending money like a mofo. I got a new car Saturday (
). Yesterday DH and I were both off-we dropped the kids of at daycare, went to Ikea and got the rest of the shelving system for our TV. Then we went out to lunch. We are also getting a hi-def Blu-ray player this week.
This is all foreign to me since I am usually in uber-frugal mode.
Here's one.
One of my best friends from college is getting married this September. This wedding already annoys me on so many levels, mainly bc this friend is turning into a huge bridezilla - she picked a location that she wanted and "so be it" (I point this out because her fiance was very opposed to this location but she insisted, even though it caused fights that went on until 2 am - he's opposed bc his family cant afford to travel there, but her family insists his family will "make it work.") She thinks my baby is going to be IN the wedding. Um. He will be 4 months old. I'm not sure he's even going to COME. (the wedding is in Colorado.) She keeps asking me "how much say" my husband had in our wedding, and I'm like, ummm.....I don't understand. (bc her fiance is trying to have an opinon and she doesn't want to hear it.)
So ugh. The whole thing is already becoming hugely stressful (and expensive....) and her philosophy is very "my wedding, I'll do what I want." Which, sure, to a certain extent. But no one likes a bridezilla.
who are you?
also - what kind of car did you get???
