A POST. [subtitle, let's talk about boudoir pics]
I'm going to be doing a boudoir shoot just for fun in the next month-ish. I know I want to get an apron and do something like this (NSFW): http://pinterest.com/pin/14144186299524904/
Mr. Bang has this thing about aprons, apparently.
Other than that, I'm kind of stumped because most lingerie just doesn't look good on me. I have huge knockers, but they're not so perky and can't be contained by most cute little lingerie. And my middle is kind of soft. Has anyone else done a shoot like this? Thoughts/suggestions/whatever?

I did one for XH when we were engaged. If you're worried about your boobs and belly you can use one of his favorite tshirts with matching panties (I did this with XH's fav law school tee). Also, taking shots shots laying down minimizes belly issues. I had some in a bra and panties with a garter belt and stockings where I was laying on a 4 poster bed with my feet up on the post. The shot is from my head so its a great boob and leg (no belly) shot. I also took some from behind (similar to the one you posted).
I wish I had done a few shots in a white tank top sans bra. I love that look!
I did them for XH but he was a tool and put the album in a drawer and never looked at them again. I'm glad I did some shots that I wanted more than what I thought he would like because I took the album with me and still love the pictures!
ETA: If you're curious, I have some of the shots I mentioned that I could share (they're all sans face so I would be ok emailing them to you)

I think a lot of the body stuff can be solved by carefully choosing your position. You'll have to play around with it some.
Maybe you could wear a button down (one of his?) or something? If it's unbuttoned, you can hide your boobs, but still show enough to give his imagination something to play with.
The girl who was getting hers done right before me had a soccer ball and a t shirt from her FI's favorite soccer team that she did some shots with out in the yard. (She was brave. I was NOT going outside.) I've also heard of some people doing things like cowgirl outfits, bringing the helmet of their FI who was a firefighter, etc. etc.
Of course, I am no help at all because I am not daring or original and just bought stuff from Frederick's. Then I used the outfits as a good reason to be super OCD about working out and dieting for a while before the wedding. Sometimes I go back to them and mourn the death of my 4-pack. (Damn you right knee.)
What MCC said. I took one of his favorite football jerseys and a "terrible towel" to use. I also did some in lingerie because he thinks I look good in it, even if I don't. I have 36DD's and have some VS bras that contain the girls and are still "cute". I also took a corset that he & I had picked out together.
I did mine with http://intimates.leahstaffordphotography.com/. Her site has a few good examples of some shots you could do that would camoflage certain areas (filmy baby doll nighties, over the shoulder angles, chairs, sheets, etc.).

Oh, I wanted to also say, don't worry!
The people who do this have a ton of practice with making people look fantastic. They have all the pro equipment, lighting and all that, and they know how to position you so you don't get any weird bulges or wrinkles or that.
Are you having someone do hair and make up professionally too? I think that was a huge part of why I love mine so much. I never would have been able to pull off fake lashes and that much hairspray without looking like a clown, but she made it work.
Relax and have fun. That's going to make way more of a difference in the final product than what you are (or aren't) wearing.
Thanks guys! The photog is my friend who did my other photo shoot. She doesn't currently do b-pics so it's more of a for fun/creative/build her portfolio type of deal. We'll be shooting at her house and I'll be doing my own hair and makeup, which is fine, I don't want my hair to be fancy, just loose and sexy. I will most likely drive to her house in curlers, lol. I'm not into a ton of props or overly posed/staged stuff, you know? I moreso want it to look like I'm just hanging out, being hot.
I like the white tank top w/panties idea and getting one of his shirts. I'll try to steal a t-shirt and a button-down. Maybe his shirt with just panties and heels. Hmm. And I definitely need to find a corset!!
I also have issues with my middle. Corset=great idea. I also had some done for my DH while we were engaged... my MOH gave them to him shortly before we met at the alter. But I digress...
I did a white button down shirt with pearls (necklace, bracelets, etc) and some super hot heels. Sit in a chair and lean forward (good cleavage) but hold the shirt tight in between your legs. Makes your legs look great, accentuates your chest and hides the middle. I have an example if you'd like to see it..
Did the apron too! Nothing but matching panties underneath. Did those pin-up style and they were cute! Just gotta find the right apron that won't leave you over exposed.
Also did some lying down with my legs up on the headboard. (I know that leaves a weird image but it wasn't sleazy) and the lying down helped to flatten out my stomach. Also took some laying on my stomach, which obviously was good. Just be sure to work the angles! and HAVE FUN!

Have any vintage-y hats? You can get some awesome B&W head shots with a sexy pout and a striking hat! Also, depending on your scenery, you can feed off of it - posing in front of a wall of books with an open book hiding the girls, strategically tangled in sheets in the bedroom, bare legs peaking out of a bubble bath, etc.

All I know about boudoir pics is that you shouldn't show them to certain people.
No matter how proud you are of them, you shouldn't show them to your adult son. Nor should you show them to your DIL's parents.
Yes my 60yr old MIL did this. No my DH and dad did not know where to look or what to say.
I agree with pp, that certain poses will hide anything you're less confident about and the photographer should have some good tips.
I've always wanted to do this, but my body is just NOT in the shape it needs to be to do it.
I went with my old business partner/friend when she got hers done. I got her drunk and we had a blast. She looked amazing (she has an AWESOME body... I hate her).
