Can we talk about dreams?

Do you remember yours?

Do you think they mean anything other than that topic (or whatever) has been on your mind lately?

I don't generally remember mine, but I woke up in the middle of one this morning and I have a new theory. The reason why I can't remember any of my dreams is that they just don't make sense. They are not logical and it is therefore just too conplicated to remember them.

Except that I generally don't ever remember having had any dreams at all.

And, DH is no longer allowed to watch Lord of the Rings right before bed.

Re: Can we talk about dreams?

  • You only remember dreams that you wake up during/right after.

I had a dream last night that Gault took me to her home state and it was beautiful and she had stuff to do so she had her parents show me around and she had this itinerary with gift cards to go to places/do stuff. It was weird but cute.

  • Ugh I always remember my dreams and I always have horrible dreams. Like being murdered, chased, etc. Last weekend I had one where there was a murderer who was cutting FI and I up into pieces, but we were still alive. Creepy? FI has these same types of dreams.

Can you tell we're anxious people?

  • You and DH are in the same dream camp, DL. He always dreams about me dying and other unfortunate things. I blame it on the tv he watches. Anxiety may be a smarter answer.
