Whats for lunch..or soon dinner
I've been trying to eat better and my lunch options are limited Greek yogurt, almonds and oranges are for lunch.
Dinner is going to be salmon, vegetables and a roasted sweet potato.
My friend gave me these different finishing salts for Christmas so I've been trying to use them in different ways.

I'm currently eating a jalapeno cheese bagel for breakfast.
Lunch was supposed to be leftovers, but I forgot them at home, so we'll play that by ear.
Dinner is supposed to be ravioli with this awesome merlot bacon marinara we bought at the market, but now DH is talking about having dinner with a friend.
I'm going to lunch with some former co-workers at a local bar. No idea what I'll order. I don't remember if I've eaten there before but I hear that they have good food.
For dinner I'll probably just have leftovers since Kyle won't be home.
My meals are boring today. We've been trying to eat healthier too.
I am totally making that sometime this week. I actually have all the ingredients on hand! It is meant to be.
Lunch was a big giant flop. I'd meant to have tuna and avocado on multigrain toast, but I forgot the can of tuna, so it became hummus and avocado on multigrain toast.
Soooo, my lunch was basically fat. With a littttttle bit of protein. I've got Greek yogurt for an afternoon snack, which I think might just turn into second lunch very soon, as I'm still hungry. I'm a protein girl, what can I say.
Dinner tonight is pretty boring. Spaghetti and meat sauce with some extra veggies thrown in.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
For lunch, a friend and I went to Wow Bao. Not sure if they are a national/international chain, but it's basically steamed asian buns. So yummy.
Dinner tonight is a work event and a nice restaurant. I'm a bit nervous because I'm sure all the food will be preordered and I have been having horrible food aversions.
For lunch I'm having a veggie panini on whole wheat with some Special K cracker chips.
For Dinner we're having chicken and cheese quesodillas with homemade green chili (made by Jason's aunt).

Lunch was baby carrots and hummus, quinoa, cottage cheese and an apple.
Dinner is going to be Boston Pizza. We have a coupon for a free pasta or small pizza that is only good until today. DH isn't having a very good day so we're going to splurge!
It's Phil's birthday today, so we're having a boubon infused chocolate mousse cake I made yesterday - it's pretty spectacular, I won't lie. It's also my first mousse cake (layers of cake, mousse and ganache), and I'm really pleased with how easily it came together. We were going to go out for Indian food, but I'm exhausted - it was one of those days where I hit the ground running and didn't have lunch, and meetings scheduled during my class time and had reports to finish off (it's going to be a late one tomorrow).
So... I'm thinking twice baked potatoes stuffed with chorizo, pepper jack cheese and green onions. Not fancy, but tasty nonetheless.
