  • I voted SS: before I was KTFU (this is bad) I pretty much never exercised! Other than in the summer DH would drag me along with him on his walks 2 times a week.

    Now in the last month or so I've been going for a walk about 4-5 times a week. Mainly because my back started bothering me a lot. Between walking and an exercise I do for my back my sciatic nerve bother's me a lot less!

  • i workout atleast 5x a week. but sometimes more. usually not less.

    however, if you have bad eating habits, i'd focus on getting those under control before adding cardio or lifting.. it always makes me more hungry and it's harder to portion control and eat cleanly when i'm starving. :) GL!

  • Lately, it's never.  But, I used to religiously work out at least 3x/week.  I really need to get back to that!

  • Before pregnancy it was easily 4-5 times a week plus daily walks and whatnot....during pregnancy I got put on bed rest for a short time which scared the heck out of me so I quit altogether. Now I am slowly getting back into the routine of things 6 months later...

  • Before getting KTFU and before spraining my ankle (~3mos before GKTFU), I was running 3x/wk. The sprained ankle put the kibosh on that, though, and then first-trimester exhaustion set in... and I kind of got out of the habit. I tried a couple times in the second trimester, but didn't stick with it... and now I'm tired all the time again.

    I hope to start back up, once I recover from postpartum and figure out how the whole life-with-baby thing works. XD
