ER (egg retrieval) tomorrow
I triggered last night & tomorrow morning @ 6:45 is my ER. It's also our 4th wedding anniversary; many of you probably remember our "shotgun" wedding because of DH's visa situation when he got laid off. DH became a US citizen on Friday so we don't have to worry about that anymore! So if you're up early tomorrow morning, send whatever positive energy/thoughts/prayers you can to the universe that things go smoothly & our long road to parenthood may finally end with a BFP in about 2 weeks!

I was just reading your blog. Exciting stuff. Thinking positive thoughts for you guys! What happens after? Do you just take it easy for a few days - and then just wait for the beta?

After ER they see what's mature & then will inject (that's ICSI) a sperm into each egg. They watch to see what fertilizes & grows normally. Then on day 3 (Saturday) 1 or 2 embryos will be put back in (depending on what the doc thinks based on quality, etc.) & if we're lucky enough to have extras we'll freeze them for future use. Then it's 2 weeks of waiting/torture to see if it worked.
