Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

thanks! maybe i will see you there! not sure when i'm going to start. i've been going to bikram and it's kicking my butt, so i'm all done with that.
I'm lucky that my work brings someone in Mondays and Wednesdays, so I practice here, but it'll be nice to have a challenging class I can go to on weekends or other days when I really need an alternative to the elliptical.
