I am LOVING chang's singing!!!
Re: glee 1/31
I love how they are using everyone to sing and it isn't the Rachel Berry show anymore.
I loved Santana but wasn't a huge fan of Sebastian's singing.

I was a little disappointed. No Sue, Becky, Coach anywhere to be found?
I also wasn't crazy about all the slow songs. Would like to have seem more Brittney, less Artie signing and dancing
I agree about it needing more Brittany. But I'm glad that Artie got a chance to dance. I also love that Harry Shum is getting more scenes.
This season is seriously lacking these characters and that's why overall, I'm finding it to be really boring. It used to be a really funny show, but lately it's been kind of dull. I keep waiting for it to get better.
Do young people really belong to the cult of MJ? I was a teenage when he was HOT (when Thriller was released before his life was all drama and strange) and there were more mixed feelings about him/his music than there was on "Glee." Even without the accusations against him, I really thought he was fading into just being a has-been. When he died, he hadn't released a hit in over 10 years. So - - having everyone gaga over MJ and two schools fighting over him really didn't make any sense to me. Am I way off base?
Also, they didn't play any of my favorite MJ songs. I ff'd through many of them, although I thought the "Black or White" mosh of the Glee characters was pretty cool. I appreciated it not being the "Rachel" show as well.
I don't like the evil Sebastian storyline. I like Sue as a "bad guy" much more, b/c her character is complex and funny. Sebastian is just mean. It's too much over-the-top drama for my taste.
This is how I've felt all season too. I seriously don't care about Quinn, Finn, Rachel, Blaine or Kurt. Needs more Brittany, Puck and Sue Sylvester.
I was almost ready to give up on it (again) after last night, but they drew me back in REAL QUICK with the preview for next week with freaking Ricky Martin. Late 90s me went apesh!t.
I think he's arguably one of the most talented musicians of our time. He was planning a comeback around the time of his death and I have no doubt that would have been huge. Like say Paul McCartney or the Rolling Stones, he might be "hotter" at times than others there is no denying he's an icon, even before his death. I don't think you could ever call him a "has been."
Lol. I know! I hope it's as entertaining as it looks like it will be. The need something new.
I hate to speak ill of the dead, but I agree.
An early death was the best thing that could have happened to Michael Jackson's legacy. Before that he was a strange (addicted, although that may have been secret), creepy guy.
Ditto he hadn't had a hit in years. Planning a comeback is not the same as succeeding at one. He really seemed unable to get out of his own way.
