Not too bad. We will drain our savings between the DP and fixing what has to be fixed right away (the wall, the insulation under the house, and a new roof). but it is what it is.
We move the month of March. We already have 1 mortgage up there, so with this mortgage, plus current rent, we cannot afford all 3 for more than 1 month.
