making an offer!
Today's the day! We went for our second showing with 2 friends in tow on Monday night. One's a plumber and the other a contractor - they both loved and approved of the house!
We got the pre-approval last night and are making our offer today! I'm so excited and so nervous - such a huge purchase! But, boy do I look forward to not renting any longer

We're really excited! We did just find out a lot more info about the house, sellers, etc, but the thing that's of most interest is that there was someone else that had a second showing on Monday as well and they're trying to decide between this house and another . . . I hope they go for the other! I guess we'll know more soon
