  Pumped isn't the word I would use.  Slightly more interested than last season when I didn't watch at all because this show jumped the shark about five years ago is more accurate.  I'm really only mildly interested because they are having both teams living on the same beach, which is something I thought they should have done years ago.  I really hate the men vs. women team pairings though.

  I didn't see any of last season either.  I think the last season I was actually able to watch consistently was when Russell was on.  They are switching up a few things besides being on the same beach this season, like no redemption island.  Watching the people always draws me in, idk why...

  I am defnitely looking forward to watching because of the two teams living on the same beach...Should be interesting and seeing all of the switching of loyalties, etc...Are they going to be doing another redemption island as well this season when they vote off a player or once they are out, are they out for good? I am wondering too if sometime during the season Jeff will have them draw new teams..I remember in seasons past there have been many switches with tribes and I believe there was a men vs. women way back but they lived in two different camps?

  There will be no Redemption Island this time.  And I believe men vs. women tribes have been done several times now, it's just the first time ever to have two tribes on one beach.

  That is good to know...I was not a real big fan of the RI thing but think they should bring back the Exile Island thing when the contestants vote one person there after a challenge. I also think they should get rid of the hidden immunity idols...They seem way to easy to find...

  I think Jeff Probst said that they are no longer giving them clues for the idols b/c they obviously don't need them anymore.  AND if someone finds the other tribe's idol, the have to give it to someone on that tribe before the next tribal council.  So that should be an interesting alliance factor.
