Updated Aruba recs? Heading there end of March.
DH and I have been once before, this time we're renting a condo instead of staying in a hotel. It will be two years since we went.
Flying Fishbone is the only place that my heart is set on for one night in terms of dining out.

Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!

Yemenja = awesome steakhouse. It's downtown.
For a more casual meal, the pier next to the Hyatt/Radisson had a great happy hour and live band with very tasty bar food.
Salt and Pepper, I don't know why we waited so long to try it but it was awesome and cheap. It's tapas and I am super picky and originally thought everything was spicy but found some incredible things.
Texas de Brazil, I know it's a chain and there are a few in the US but we love churrascaria (sp) and Amazonia you never know if it will be amazing or barely ok so we stick with Texas de Brazil now.
Madame Jannette, romantic and great food.
there is a new Aruban restaurant next to Gianni's across from the Radison that's great but I don't know it's name.
And the Paseo Herencia has a water fountain show at night, it's not Vegas but it's really nice if you are staying in that area.
Delimar is soooo good. It's a Peruvian restaurant off the main strip in Oranjestad. We were there in January and it was fairly quiet, but the food is absolutely worth it.
We also did the trike tour which was a blast (3-wheeled motorcycles). We didn't get much info about the island and sites, but it was awesome flying around the island on the trike.
