DH and TN
Last night B and I were checking out cruises for our upcoming vacation, and he mentioned the one Reba and J are going on (exact dates and everything). When I told him, he responded, oh, that'd be fun. I have to admit that I was kinda surprised. It took him a long time to get used to the idea that this group of nesties were "friends". I guess that it hasn't hurt that I've met a bunch of you, and he's met some as well.
So I'm wondering, has anyone else's DH changed their view on TN since we last talked about this subject (which I believe was over a year ago).

It's taken the secret Santa exchanges, watching Reba's sister on Jeopardy, one of Rayne's emails about her kitchen to realize that you guys were real people.
Now I just wish we all lived closer.
I think he gets it now that he's met MO and some of the ladies from GP. At least, when I talk about you all, he recognizes you as 'my friends on The Nest.'

DH use to make fun of me for it until he found himself playing an online game and making friends.
He knows most of you by your user names and asks about you.
V knows most of you by name (either screenname or real depending on whether you're on my FB) and asks every day how the Nesties are doing. Granted, he has lots of online friends too from gaming, though he's never become quite as close with any of them. But he definitely appreciates that I have this social group, especially now that I'm home on mat leave.
Have I mentioned that we're having Mr & Mrs raynes and Mr & Mrs kaesha over for dinner next week?

I'm so excited for this!
Derek's really good about everything. He's "gotten it" for a while, as I've been doi ng GTGs with ringy and kaesha for quite a while. We even had someone from TN stay at our place (though that ended up in some water damage on the floor which made him not like her).
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
