Ladies in the Middle East, a question
How much is petrol where you live? I just filled up my tank for $12.00. It wasn't on E but it works out to about $1 a gallon. I am wondering how the price compares with other countries where the government keeps oil prices artificially low.

Israel was the opposite than the rest of the ME. We paid about $8 a gallon or something similarly absurd. Thankfully XH's company had a chip in the car where we didn't pay for gas--just put the nozzle in, it registered with the chip and filled up the tank.
Pretty much the same price here in Bahrain.
Yep, that is the same here in Doha as well! It's about 40-50 riyals to fill my tank, which is 12-13 USD.
It's also full service at all the gas stations, and they clean my windows.
