PP: Hair Loss

my hair has been falling out like crazy. i am still on my prenatals. im thinking its just hormones but has this happened to anyone? what did you do?

yeah, i lost a ton after K was born despite vitamins. no worries.

Ugh, I remember after LB, my hair would fall out in clumps, especially while I was washing it in the shower. I hated it and always had rogue hairs on my skin somewhere, itching the crap out of me.

Totally normal, incredibly annoying.

I've actually had the opposite my hair seems fuller/thicker but I tend to only wash it every 2-3 days and dry shampoo in between I thinks it's been helping

It is very normal to lose a ton of hair 3-6 months post-partum, regardless of vitamins or diet. I lost handfuls at a time but, it does grow back!

Mine has started to get better now that Harrison is 8 months old. The worst was in the shower.

I was just about to post on this topic on my bmb. I had been losing hair regularly pp, but last night the clumping started. I was too tired to cry over it, but I wanted to. What's even grosser than the clumps was finding my hair in J's diaper.

Totally normal. It started about 3-4 months and lasted like 6 months. I thought it would never stop.

I remember loosing quite a bit of hair but it stopped before A's 1st bday. My hair in general is not the same as it was was Pre pregnancy. Its more fine and thin and not as curly as it used to be.
