What are you guys making for Sundays big game?
It's just the hubby and I so I didn't want to make much, but here's what I'm thinking.
I'm making pigs in a blanket vegetarian style with smart dogs - the hubby loves them.
I'm also thinking of making some easy guacamole since I have an avocado in the fridge.
I'm also thinking of making these andes mints chocolate cookies - they look SUPER easy and only have 4 ingredients.
Oh and I'm making some crockpot ziti for dinner so that I don't have to cook during or right before the game.
Re: Super Bowl Snacks
We likely won't even watch the game, but Sunday is cheat day, so we'll take advantage of it being Superbowl Sunday and eat junk anyway
There's a great wing place really close to us that has around 100 flavours, so we'll get some take-out, along with an order of their deep-fried dill pickles.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermOMG, I made some SUPER yummy garlic chicken puffs for a party the other day!!!
1 cup of shredded chicken
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
4 oz of cream cheese
some puff pastry (pilsbury) cut into little squares... no idea how much because I didn't buy enough (only 1 can) and so I only got like 14 little puffs out of it. I'd do at least 2 cans.
You dab a bit of the chicken mixture onto the pastry square, and just roll it all up and then put it on a baking sheet.
I baked mine at 350 for like 12 minutes and they were perfect. SOOOO freaking yummy.
Missing our little turkey.

Hmmm Super Bowl Snacks... I think it may just be Jason and I, and maybe his cousin. I'm going to make chili in the crockpot and corn bread (mmm), and then maybe get some chips/dip or chips/salsa. If his cousin decides to come then I might do mini pizza roll ups (basic 'dough in a can' cut into small pieces with, pepperoni, cheese, and garlic rolled up in it with pizza sauce to dip them in) just to be a better hostess.
What I should make is a veggie platter or fruit salad instead of chips/dip/pizza to go along with my diet but we all know that isn't going to happen lol.
