So when did Dooce announce the big D?
I was keeping up on her for a long time, checking out the house mostly. But now I keep going back and I can't figure out when it happened, before xmas?

Mucho likes purple nails and purple cupcakes
That kinda sucks that all it takes is a seperate vacay to get the rumor mill going, even if it is true.
I'm kind of sad for her. I always felt like she really was still in love with her H and appreciated him. But yeah, I got bored with all the marathon training posts and lost focus.
Not just separate vacay. His blog confirmed the separation:

Apparently I am clueless since I had to Google Dooce (ducking) but this is from Wikipedia:
Heather B. Armstrong (n?e Hamilton, born July 19, 1975) is an American blogger who resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. She writes under the pseudonym of Dooce. Armstrong explains that "Dooce" came from her inability to quickly spell "dude" during IM chats with her former co-workers.
Armstrong was raised a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Memphis, Tennessee, and majored in English at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, graduating in 1997. She then moved to Los Angeles, California to work. Armstrong married web designer Jon Armstrong and returned to Salt Lake City to work as a consultant and designer. On January 17, 2012 the duo announced their "Trial Separation". [1][2]
They have two daughters together: Leta Elise (born 2/3/2004),[3] and Marlo Iris (born 6/14/2009).[4]
Armstrong was featured by Forbes magazine among 30 honorees on its list of "The Most Influential Women In Media" for 2009.[5][6]
I speculate about the fate of someone's marriage whenever they are a self absorbed dimwit who seem not to understand their own limitations and how blogging every pathetic detail of their lives = trouble for a family.
But that's just me.
Wendy, she got fired from her job for blogginh ("dooced"), and suffered really horrible PPD with her first daughter. And she has really great taste, which is one of the reasons I read her.
Flameful: I love the name Marlo. LOVE

So you pretty much missed my point. Seperate vacations should not be seen as a signal to the world that something has gone awry.
But, with that said, I think that blogging in itself is pretty self-absorbed. However, not all family bloggers are doomed for divorce.
