Explain your make-up wearing routine. Do you wear it every day, or only certain things ex: lip gloss, eye shadow etc.

My Blog
I don't wear it most of the time, because I don't feel like there's a good reason to and I don't like having things on my skin.
I will wear it:
1. When I think there are going to be pictures taken
2. When I'm going out with certain girlfriends who I know always dress / look cute, because I don't want to feel ugly
3. If there's a special occasion
Generally I just prefer to put on a moisturizer and go about my day. I figure that since I'm married, I'm done trying to impress anyone.
i talked about this in the other makeup thread--but---
for work or casual weekend meet ups with friends- i do minimal makeup- blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner.
most weekends - no makeup
a birthday party, or something where more pictures will be taken - foundation, bronzer, blush, eyeliner, eyeshadow, lip liner, mascara
and then there's super special events - all of the above, + lashes.

I always try to do a little something otherwise coworkers say I look tired....
Just like emy's comment from her coworker yesterday, I think that's such a rude thing to tell someone. It's the supposed polite way to be like, 'Hey, you look like $hit.' Every time someone says to me, 'Gee, you look really tired' I want to punch them in the face because I'm like, 'You think I don't know what I look like right now?' No one *ever* says, 'Gee, you look really tired so maybe you should go home and take a nap.' It's always, 'You look really tired, hey, here's some more work to do which will likely cause you to be up late.'

I will wear makeup today.. i just have this huge zit and i wanted it to go away so i didn't want to put makeup on it this morning.
Anyway, I usually wash my face in the shower, use witch hazel, then moisturize I used to use a primer but i ran out and have been to cheap to buy more! Then i use concealer under my eyes. I use foundation all over my face, powder, blush, sometimes bronzer too. Then, I put on eyeliner and mascara and a little bright color in the corner of my eye and under my eyebrows. Tada! lol.
Today- washed face, witch hazel, alcohol on zit, moisturizer. That is it. I look a hotfuckingmess as i stated in a previous post.
oh.. i also always wear chap stick. and lipgloss over that when i remember. i like my makeup to look really natural. so yea..
I wear it every day. This is my morning routine:
Wash face with clarisonic
Put on moisturizer and under-eye cream
Brush and floss teeth
Put on eyeshadow primer and face primer
Apply eyeshadow (one shade all over the lid, one in the crease, and then highlight/accent color)
Apply eyeliner, curl lashes, apply mascara
Apply foundation
Apply powder
Apply bronzer and blush
Finish with lipstick or gloss (usually just gloss)
It really only takes me 5-10 minutes.
Yup, this is me, too... except, tbh, I've never really worn makeup that much. But DH makes me feel pretty enough that I don't feel the need to bother anyway.
I rarely wear (but own a stupid a lot), but when I do I put on:
* BB Cream (which is this Korean foundation-esque thing but it's not foundation, that just makes your skin look super smooth and polished)
* MAC eye cream base
* MAC black eyeliner on my upper lid and lower rim
* some sort of sparkly light pink MAC lustregloss
* NARS orgasm blush
* whatever mascara I can find
* spritz of some perfume, I usually alternate between my two Vera Wang Princess sprays or Coco Mademoiselle
Yup. Thank you lovely coworkers....
I have a very similar routine. I wear full makeup for work and if we are going out on weekends. If I'm just running errands or bumming around, I do my full skincare routing and put on tinted mouisturizer and mascara.

lol, is your make-up routine worse than mine?
kinda? This is when I leave the house:
Pre-make up:
moisturizer, under eye cream, face primer, eye primer, T zone mattifier
Eyes:
eye shadow base, 3 colors of eye shadow (highlighter, lid and crease), liner, mascara primer, mascara, eye brow pencil
Face:
liquid foundation, loose powder, blush, bronzer, under eye concealer, highlighter, setting powder
Lips:
Long wear lip gloss (matte), shiny lip gloss and lip liner
Now that I'm looking at it, I swear I don't know how my routine got to be so extensive
