NSOR: Do you love your camera?

Maybe it's because I'm spoiled by my DSLR, or maybe it's because I'm kind of a photo snob. Either way, I hate hate hate my Fuji P&S, and it's less than a year old.

Who has a P&S camera they love love love? I'm in the market for a new one!

    I'm incredibly spoiled by my camera since it's my job :) I have the Canon 5d Mark II and it's simply delicious! But I hate lugging it around on vacation (unless it's a work trip) so I have the Canon PowerShot... it still completely sucks in comparison to the DSLR but it does have all the different modes like Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority along with Manual. It's fine, it's just not as quick and that is SO frustrating but it's fits in my pocket.

    That's my biggest frustration with my P&S...it's slow! I know it's because I'm spoiled from my SLR but there's gotta be something good out there...right?! Smile I love having a camera to toss in my purse or when I don't feel like lugging my SLR.

    I'll check out the PowerShot.

    I have the Nikon S8200. i love it. It is small has a great zoom and can take 3 photos i n rapid succession. It also will shoot 5 images to get a great image if the image seems blurry. I took it to Disney and got great pictures and video as well. It was 249 when I bought it before Christmas. Amazon just had it for 219. I would highly recommend it.

    My P&S is a Nikon S9100. I love it for the zoom, the picture quality, and how amazing it is in low light without a flash. I bought it on Black Friday for 229, I think it's normally about $300ish.
