Nope. My parents were wayyyy too competitive with each other when I was growing up, and they'd try to compete with me as a way to "motivate" me.
So I got spiteful and basically said, "Okay, fine, compete with me; I'm going to go over there and read a book. Let me know when you're done."
And that's pretty much how I handle it now, unless it's all in the name of good fun; I'd rather lose a game/competition than have to deal with a sore loser.
I am competitive about everything. I think it's because I am the middle child.

i am competitive.. i always wanna be the best. lol. especially when it comes to work.
Most of the time, I am not competitive with other people, but I am always competitive with myself. So, for example, if I was dying after doing 20 minutes on the stair-stepper, then the next day I go I'm like, 'I am going to hit 21, no matter what.'
I am also competitive with my H, but only in things where I legitimately think I have a chance of beating him. He's probably the smartest / most successful person I've ever met, and so I don't compete with him on many fronts, but we do have a few really weird things we compete on (bowling, our version of the "slug bug" game, and 'Wheel of Fortune' to name a few), and when we are competing I want to totally kick his @ss, even though I know he'll be miserable to be around after. I'm sure it boils down to some sort of subconscious desire to show him that I'm as smart as he is (even though that's probably not true overall).
Very. Especially board games, cards, etc. I have to be right and win.
Not competitive about things like money, looks, etc...I would like for everyone to be happy with what they've got.

Sort of, but I voted yes. Sports, games, making the best chocolate cake... y'know, that kinda stuff.
