*uw* this is not about your sig

coconut oil=win. I have only used it once, but that was a fantastic suggestion. I am also using deep conditioner, and I think I'm really noticing a difference!

I have just switched to coconut oil and I use it for e-ver-y-thing!!!!

you should try to get the book The Coconut Oil Miracle by Bruce Fife from the library.

I use it on my face for an acne med/moisturizer and it has nearly cleared my acne. I use it in my hair occasionally...leave it in for one hour and wash. I use it as a lotion and it has cured some serious dry areas, like a cracked type callus on my hand...

And, I eat it. It is a natural weight loss aid. It is a natural energy booster. It is a natural appetite suppressant....

And those are just the things I have used it for and ~seen~ results with.  There are tons more things it can be used for. It's amazing.

that's what I have. I bought the 15oz first to try it and be sure I liked it. the one I used in the kitchen was gone in about 10days. the one in the bathroom is still more than half full after 4wks.

I bought the 54oz size for the kitchen. I think its much better to get the bigger size, but if you are going to try it first, go for the small.

  • I may have to try this. For my skin mainly, I don't have horrible horrible dry skin, but winter brings out the worst. And frizzy hair seems to happen with me. Thanks for the update!
