Mine and DH's rings:
His wedding ring is massive, haha.
They're all so pretty! I'll have to get a better picture when I pick mine up on Monday.
ETA:Oooh I'm bronze now!
Mine isn't online anymore.. so here is a picture from our wedding day.
Found it on my blog though.. so check there if you want to have a good look at it!

Oooh me too!
I do not know if this will work... I still can't figure out the PIP thing...
ETA: It did not work. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Oh well!
I use tinypic.com. you should be able to just copy the link from that website after you upload the photo from your computer, and then paste it right into the message.
Okay, I am trying to figure it out...
Oh my goodness I figured it out! Thank you cd! I had been wasting all my time trying to use the photo insert link above. Whoops.
When you upload it to Tinypic, you need to upload it as an image resize: website/email or message board size. Then you'll want to use the Direct Link for Layouts Code.
Come back here and reply to post, click on the picture of the "Tree" and insert your code.
ETA: Kimberly, you beat me too it.. lol

My Blog
Ha! Thanks for the advice. I don't know that I did anything that you mentioned above, but I somehow got it to work. I doubt I could replicate that but oh well. I was sad to miss out on the cake posting thread from a while ago so I guess at least I figured it out this time. I am super computer literate (usually), but this forum's design stymies me. All the time.
Yay! I'm glad it worked! Super pretty, too!

I actually took this photo on our HM. I wish that our rings matched, but at least DH's has a story behind it. His bff is a jeweler, and he made DH's ring. He took my Irish claddagh ring I'd had forever and DH's dad's wedding band (DH's dad died about six weeks before I met DH...and they were super close), and he melted them down and used the gold to make DH's wedding band. He also designed the "mountains" that are on it.

Lovely sparklies, everyone!
Here's DH's and mine...
He designed 'em and we had 'em made at Green Lake Jewelry Works.
I miss wearing mine normally.
My fingers are too swollen, so I've got 'em on a necklace for now. Sigh!
That is such a sweet story! Love it.
Oh I love the colored accent stones and also love how the braid ties both of your together. Very pretty and unique... I am not sure I would have trusted my DH to design anything!
I love the bling too!
We went for super simple with ours and this is the only photo I can find of our rings together.
My e-ring is a princess cut Canadian solitaire on a white gold cathedral setting band with a simple white gold band, no carvings or etchings or anything. His is white gold with a textured center 'band' and two grooves/railroad track type deal surrounding the texture.
I think part of the reason for our choice is we're simple kinds of people when it comes to jewelry and stuff and my mom always had a plain wedding band and plain engagement band with one diamond (until my dad replaced it with an anniversary ring) and it stuck with me all these years.
Green Lake Jewelry Works also designed my band
I love the blue sapphires on your ring and the matching with your H's w/o being too matchy matchy!

Thank you!! I was really impressed with my DH for doing it; totally not something I expected at all and it really surprised me. He's a lot better with aesthetics than I am in general, though.
Thank you! And -- yay for GLJW! They're awesome! Yours has sapphires, too, doesn't it? (My resolution makes the photo a little small.
) Regardless, I love the twining-around-the-band look.
Gorgeous!
Yup, I have 7 small sapphires in the wedding band to represent the seven "dating" years of H and I, since we got married on our 7th dating anniversary, and I'm kinda obsessed with the #7 and multiples of 7. I picked blue sapphires, because my "promise" ring I got on our 5th dating anniversary has blue sapphires and diamonds.

Awww, I love that!! What a wonderful way to commemorate both the years of dating, the anniversary, and the promise ring...
Very romantic and beautiful.
