Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Wendy have you heard about the new organic CSA opening in Byron Center this spring?
Deeder, that looks good. I think we're going to take the year off of doing CSAs though. I will definitely let the other Trillium folk know.
Kasa, I'd not heard of the one in Byron Center - very cool!
Anyone else lurking, I do love CSAs, but I would be hesitant to join one that is brand new. If you do, just know that a ton can go wrong. You're taking a gamble with any CSA (the weather, pests, disease can come along and wipe out crops) but with a brand new one the risk is increased considerably. It's a great way to help out a new farmer but . . . just sayin', be willing to take the risk.
