1. Kale Chips. If you haven't made them. Make them.
2. The best raw kale salad ever. Seriously, I crave this all of the time. I grew kale in my garden this summer and I ate this salad almost every day.
3. Kale Gratin. Just made this for the first time the other night and it was one of the best side dishes I've ever made.
4. My favorite soup featuring kale. We've been making this one for awhile now and it's our favorite soup in the Riggs-Larson household. Makes for great leftovers too.
5. My very own sauteed kale recipe. It never fails me or anybody else I've made it for.
6. Kale is a great in green smoothies. I'll use it instead of spinach many times.
7. Kale is a great add-in to most soups.
8. Eggs and sauteed kale is super good too.
9. 101 Cookbooks (one of my fave food blogs) has some AMAZING kale recipes.
