Bucutini and Tara or Hyatt in Aruba
Anyone know anything about either of these resorts? If you had to choose which one would you pick?
Re: Bucutini and Tara or Hyatt in Aruba
they are both so nice! If you prefer water sports / parasailing / etc, a busier/active beach, and walking distance to lots of casinos and nightlife then stay at the Hyatt. My con for the Hyatt is that their balconies are walk out, so you can't sit out there and enjoy the ocean view with a cocktail. it is a really beautiful property.
The Bucuti is on a quiet stretch (Eagle Beach) and would be more seculded/romantic in my opinion.
I really wanted to stay in the Tara Suites on our honeymoon but ended up on Palm Beach (where the Hyatt is) because my husband has self-diagnosed "Beach ADD." No complaints - we've been back to Aruba since then and prefer Palm Beach area.
Have an awesome time.
Bucuti for the beach, hands down. Stayed there for our HM, posts here: http://www.emilyinchile.com/tag/aruba/.
We went into the Hyatt for drinks one night, and the grounds are gorgeous (don't know about the rooms obviously), but we wanted to be able to walk out of our room and have relaxed beach time. For that, you need to be in the low-rise area. The high-rise area is pretty packed, and the beach isn't as nice anyway.
