Our house has been on the market for a week. Now what? Wait till anyone wants to see it? Our relator hasn't said anything about an open house and I wonder if it is bc our house is in more of a rural setting. DH and I have made fliers and put them up at places in the area for ppl to see.

Re: Now what?
What part of PA are you in? We're looking in Bucks County but our agent has a few listings in rural areas. I'm not sure they do as many open houses in rural areas since the traffic probably wouldn't be as heavy.
As far as next steps, I would do some light staging if you haven't already and try to make the house look great. You could also ask your agent if they plan on scheduling and OH.
Keep in mind that spring market is just beginning, so you'll probably get more interest in the next few weeks.
