I hate when you are told not to do something, all of the sudden that's the only thing you want to do. What is it about rules that bring out that rebellious nature? It's like only craving Chik Fil A on a Sunday when they are closed. Drives me batty when that happens.

I found out that a kitten that I had given to my SIL's parents was found in their yard mauled by a suspected bobcat or linx. I feel awful for SIL's parents, especially her dad who was especially attached to the cat.

I feel the same way.

I don't know if it's because I've had my car for so long but every time I pass one of the those speed radar things I always double check to make sure my speedometer matches it. *sigh* I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to breakdown and buy a car soon for piece of mind.

I'm wondering if I'm the only person on earth who thinks it's weird when people that I do not know at all try to friend me on Facebook, especially if we do not even have any mutual friends and live on different sides of the country. I just don't understand why you would want to be friends with someone that you do not know. I don't want some crazy ass stranger knowing my business. Not that I put anything too exciting on there, but still, to me it's just weird. I can see the younger kids doing it b/c they think it's cool to have like 1000 friends and really only know 20 of them, but for adults, with all the crazies out there, I just don't get it. Maybe I'm just an old fuddy-duddy.

I'm glad that with my new job, Fridays are actually laid-back instead of being the 2nd busiest day of the week. Also, my allergies haven't been as bad as they were at the old job...probably because we have cinder-block walls opposed to mold infested sheet rock.

Nope, not weird. Although I'm FB friends with a number of BNTOBers who I haven't met in person, I at least "know" everyone on my friends list in some sense.

Shorty - Not weird at all. I've gotten a few random requests from people and we have no mutual friends. Ignore, ignore, ignore. And then I block them.

I know what you mean. I have friends from the east coast that I had on FB but I KNOW them. I dont know how people can have 500 + people on their FB - even adult friends that I have.

I'm switching back to my old meds. This new stuff has turned me into B!tchy McB!tcherson and I'm not a fan of feeling this way. I figure since they found the thyroid problem, it probably wasn't the antidepressant that was keeping me from losing weight anyway. Even if it was, at least I wasn't angry all the time. I'd much rather be fat and happy.

I totally agree!

I fell while we were snowboarding a month ago and hurt my wrist and it still hurts. I went to use it to brace me when I went to sit down on the floor yesterday but it hurt to bad to hold me. I am debating about going to the doctor, but most likely won't since it really doesn't stop me from doing anything and would just make me feel like a whiner.
