Happy Friday! Go Pats! Weekend plans?
It's been a very busy week at work, but that's good because it flew by. Yay for the weekend!
Tomorrow my family is coming over for lunch and for the last of our Chinese New Year activities. Afterwards we're going over to my aunt & uncle's place in Wellesley and hanging out for the rest of the day.
Sunday DH and I are going to the Museum of Science to check out the Pompeii exhibit and see a Planetarium show before heading either home or to my parents' place for the Superbowl.
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

Re: Happy Friday! Go Pats! Weekend plans?
Tomorrow DH is going to an event in NH, so I'm alone with DD again. But it's just a daytrip, with no OOT guests this time
Sunday I may go to a yoga class, or we'll just hang out. And watch SB commercials. No offense to y'all, but I'm going to be SO glad when the local news talks about something other than the SB. And I'm gonna have to say Go Giants.
Our little Irish rose came to us on March 5, 2010
Don't drink the water.

None taken (well, maybe minus the "Go Giants" part
). I was annoyed that instead of Jeopardy! last night they had some kind of local news Superbowl special. Really? C'mon, the game was still three days away and it's not like there's not already plenty of coverage.
Tonight- my mom is picking up DD at daycare along with sushi and we are having dinner together (as we are both having traveling husbands who do not fly in until later).
Tomorrow- hanging out with my two bffs and their babies... so excited! I haven't seen one since the week after DD was born.
Sunday- superbowl!
They did that the night they won the championship, too. We flipped it over to channel 5 for something, and they were blathering on about the game and when the team would be flying out, and on and on and on. They also had "Breaking News!" on the screen, which made me laugh, because an hour and a half after the game is over, the news is hardly breaking.
No big plans for us this weekend, really. I think we're going to try to go to the movies tomorrow to see Girl with a Dragon Tattoo and then grab lunch somewhere in the city. Sunday, my husband's friend was supposed to come over to watch the game, but he can't make it now because he's going to be stuck at work late. So my husband will be throwing up on himself in anticipation, and I'll probably be reading/watching the game/trying to keep Jack from freaking out if my husband starts yelling and throwing things, heh.
Tonight/tomorrow morning we have a wake/funeral for DH's great Aunt (it has been a really terrible year to be related to us). Tomorrow night one of my friends is having a girl's night and I'll stop by, but probably won't stay long. Sunday is the Super/Puppy Bowl, of course. And I'll just be unpacking any free moment we have.
Then Monday morning DH flies out for the week- my first week alone in the new house! Whew. I kind of feel like the weekend is already over! Haha
I was telling people at work about the Puppy Bowl today, and I was practically giddy. I am still trying to figure out how to watch it without Jack having a conniption, though.
Have you seen the starting lineup? http://animal.discovery.com/tv/puppy-bowl/starting-lineup/starting-lineup.html
My favorite is Brandy (#6).
Aww, I love them all! Though Fonzi (#10) is too cute for words.
Sadly, mute won't work. He's a freaking nutbag. I'll probably watch it in the other room during the start of the game.
I would love to check out the MoS. The Pompeii sounds interesting.
Today I taught my little movement and music class, did some paperwork/homework, made burritos for dinner and now I'm entering 230 surveys into a database... ughh... I need a glass of martini...
Tomorrow we are going out for Breakfast and just hanging out. We might watch the puppybowl for a bit, then maybe catch Madonna at half time of the other bowl game....
