Komen reverses their PP decision.
I can't find a story to confirm this, but my homepage has a breaking news ticker about it. Let's hope!
Re: Komen reverses their PP decision.
Yup!
I feel the same way...I can't look at them the same way, but I'm glad they will gives funds to PP.
Agreed, it's too late for damage control.
Personally, I have never contributed to SGK because I know people who were flat out denied funding when they had breast cancer, even though they were in the financial range to qualify for funding. She ended up getting help from other sources and said she was treated really badly by the SGK folks. Since then I have never cared to share my hard earned dollars with them, I will support one of the many other charities out there.
Mine too.
I'm glad they reversed for the sake of PP, but at the same time, if you're going to make an asss of yourself, might as well stick to your guns.

The only thing I can say was good about SGK is that I got a cute pink tent for my adorable nieces.
