i'm so glad it's friday! i could *really* use the weekend to rest.
spicy food didn't quite work out last night, so no baby yet haha. i'm getting impatient! more spicy food (leftovers) for lunch, though, so we'll see!
no big plans this weekend, other than a superbowl party-- who are you guys cheering for?

Morning!!!
I am EXHAUSTED this morning. I seriously can't wait until we bring H's bed from his parent's house so that when I go to bed and H is snoring and breathing hard, I can go into the other room and fall asleep! But then i won't get to snuggle with him.
Off early today, going tanning, going home, taking a nap. Waking up and hopefully nesting.
Jenn- you need to work a little harder girl! One meal isn't gonna put you into labor! How many weeks are you?
according to the dr's office, i'm 37.5 weeks- but who knows what i'm actually at!!

So today I'm going to my back doc then cleaning for company this weekend. Tomorrow I'm going to the dog park with my mom and pup then helping her clean out her kitchen cupboards. Then back home to have some friends from work over for a LAN party. Some of you may know what that is. And we're going to AFK later that night. So excited! I love AFK. Then Sunday superbowl with lots of food and some strays that don't have a place to go! Should be fun! I hate Eli Manning so I'm rooting for the Pats. Also happy cause Sunday, Luck, the new HBO show is on, and it is good! Have a great weekend ladies!
i'm a nerd- i've *always* wanted to have a LAN party. but then the internet came out, and LAN parties are no longer necessary! occasionally, h has his friends over with 2 xboxes and we do---i guess they can be called LAN parties- now. not the same nerdy picture of oldschoold LAN parties though.

My H and I are playing the same MMO with 2 coworkers and they are bringing their laptops/desktops with them so we can all just play together instead of over the internet. I know, LAN's are great! A lot of media sharing usually happens as well since H has everything, lol! I love that you know it!
yeah, we do these- but they're definitely not oldschool LAN parties! haha. it's just "hey bring over your external".

Last Friday in this office!
It is a bit bitter sweet. I felt bad last night and I know I'm not good with goodbyes, but hopefully I survive. I have to remind myself as much as some of the partners and coworkers are nice people, it was a toxic work environment.
Tonight DH and I are going to dinner at Belle Clementine to celebrate.
So, come on 5 o'clock!
I was gonna say this, esp. if you watched the Friends episodes where Rachel was pregnant. XD
Oh! Let me know how Belle Clementine is? I've been curious but with D being such a picky eater I have to choose restaurants wisely.

Bkb slept in her crib all night last night. Not a peep. I put her down for her nap this morning, put in her pacifier and she was out with out making a peep. Really hoping this sticks. I miss having her in our room, but it is nice that it is just H and I again too. The cats are also happy she's gone. They slept next to H all night.
I have cookies I need to make for Sunday, so I can't play too much today. Have a great day everyone.

Awww, LAN parties!!
Man, I miss doing those. I don't think I've done one since high school. So much fun!!
Today, I'm having one of our cars towed to a shop. It decided not to start on Monday morning, so now it needs to get fixed.... ideally BEFORE we go into labour. Other than that, it's a slow day. Thank goodness.
We've been before, it was fantastic. They ask you when you make the reservation about dislikes and allergies. The chef was super friendly and came around to the tables and chatted and they encouraged people to go back and watch and check out the kitchen.
Our last menu was:
They had toasted rice, nuts and raisins out on the table for a snack while the tables were sat. They also served house made crackers and hummus to start.
First course - radicchio salad with roasted beets
Second course - cod cakes with house made aioli, lentils and roasted turnips
Third course - apple crisp
What MMO do you play?
My only LAN parties were in college when we would play Doom (or was it Quake) and the guys could hear me scream down the hall and we'd be yelling at each other. Then right after, I lived in a house with 6 other people and we would LAN and play Warcraft: Farcry. H and I went through a phase where we played Diablo together (does it count with only 2 people/computers)?
Work is INSANE for me, I have an 8 am massage tomorrow and then making H put those damn boxes of Christmas stuff away!! Also plan on getting a dresser for him tomorrow. Sunday, I'll probably putz my day away, hopefully finish sewing my sister's apron. H thought he'd either go watch the game with his dad or have his dad come over.
Good afternoon! I have a phone "mini" interview scheduled at 1:00pm (my lunch time). If that goes well I would have an in-person interview early next week.
My weekend should be pretty low key, just going to a friend's place to watch the Super Bowl. I'll be cheering for the Giants, since I'm not a big fan of Pretty Boy Brady.
But I am super tempted to go to Target Sunday morning (before the Super Bowl), and check out the Jason Wu line!

I just got home from my dentist appointment. Just a normal cleaning which was nice. In an hour I'm meeting my friend for sushi, I'm excited!
Yesterday DH and I met with a financial planner and I am looking forward to getting our budget figured out. Not much else going on.
