Kegel question update!
Yesterday, it dawned on me at the end of my appointment that I could ask my lady-parts PT Sarack's question! And the official answer is,"No reason you can't. It might be more difficult because during your period, your body releases hormones that actually makes those muscles harder to move." With tampon is also no concern.
