Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: I love my SO because...
he suggested getting pizza Weds night so I wouldn't have to cook (I'm fighting a cold) - it was special night at the local pizza place we like - $6 for a large cheese greek pizza (I love greek pizza and the only time I get to have it is when it's on special)
he is so cute with Ada...he will do anything to make her smile and laugh (he got the first REAL laugh yesterday!!) - he sings her songs and talks to her while he changes her. I sent him up the other day to get her from a nap and I didn't turn the monitor off so I could hear him sing the Cheers theme song and ask her "which leotard" she wanted to wear (he calls onesies leotards and I think it's too cute to correct him).
she cooks for me.
seriously. when she doesn't cook dinner, we eat things like frozen pizza or cereal and yogurt.
and she sometimes humors my paranoia and makes sure the babies are breathing when she puts the 2 am milk in the fridge
he keeps the house afloat (although, I'm pretty darn proud that everything is in order/ functioning/ living without him this week).
he skypes just to talk to DD. It is so cute!

I love him because he's really helped me out the last few weeks, we had a grown up talk about things and he's working on it. He isn't going to win husband of the year but I haven't had to clean the bathroom or feed the cats in weeks.
He makes me laugh and I enjoy his company even after all this time, I really do love to come home to him at the end of the day.
