Re: The Office 2/2

  • I thought it was Dwight's baby from the start.  I loved the whole thing with the pact they did last season so when she showed up and was pregnant I was hoping it was his.  I thought this was one of the funnier episodes.  I am kind of over Pam/Jim and their life.  Maybe they could move to another state.

  • Same here. I was totally thinking Dwight is the father of her baby while she was pregnant. Especially when Oscar, Ryan and other were saying that Angela's husband is gay.

Does anyone else remember when Angela first met her husband at that hay play place or whatever Dwight called it. Didn't the Senator have a son with him? Or who was the kid with him?

  • "Didn't the Senator have a son with him? Or who was the kid with him?"

Yeah, she met him at a hay thing that Dwight did, I think in the parking lot. I'm pretty sure that was his son from his last marriage with him.

  • As soon as they had the big baby I was telling my H that it had to be Dwight's! I love it. I thought the senator was so weird that he was leaving when Angela had to breast feed the baby, but he was ok with Angela's co-workers being in the room. What a weirdo.

I didn't like the jury duty Jim & Pam and kids story line though. When did Jim and Pam become so un-cool? The kids were adorable, but either Pam needs to come back to work and be normal, or she needs to announce she's a SAHM and leave the show.

  • Well, I've not liked Jim and Pam for a while now, but this episode just sent it into overdrive for me.  Lying about Jury Duty? And then not getting in trouble for it at all? He totally should have been suspended/fired over it! Andy trying to cover up for him made it even worse. And then Jim and Pam using thier kids to make everyone feel bad for them and be ok with the fact that he stayed home from work for a week based on a lie? Ugh, they are the worst characters ever!

On another note, I totally called the Dwight and Angela thing when they had the pact going on. I thought it was so funny when Oscar brought in the gift and the Senator commented on the gift wrap, and Oscar looked at the camera (since Oscar thinks the Senator is gay).
