....that someone has also seen this show on the OWN channel called Virgin Diaries. I caught it last night from 10-11 pm. I don't know if it's a series or what, but please tell me someone else saw that couple Ryan and Shanna?

There's not just one shot though--- there are a million interspersed throughout the rest of the show! It was horrible. And it's great when the wedding guests are asked what they think of all the kissing and they are almost speechless. Plus the groom clearly seems like he's not into it at all, it's like the producers were being sure to spin the whole thing so that the audience would think he was gay.
I watched it when it was on TLC several months ago and it was a bit disturbing. I kind of thought the groom might be gay as well, and the other guy they were profiling. I kind of wondered if maybe it was an act. Have they never watched TV or seen a movie where people kiss...or even seen actual people kiss? Weirdness.
And as someone who knows quite a few people who were virgins when they got married...its really not a good representation AT ALL.

I wondered if it was all an act too, it was just way too much! And the part with the 3 "virgin roommates" going out on the triple date had have been set up too. And yeah I agree, a show like that is pretty offensive to normal, down-to-earth people who choose to wait. It was all very over the top.
I've seen it. It was horrible. Not only the kissing, but the whole idea of the show. Just stupid.
They picked the weirdest possible couple they could find and put them on a show called Virgin Diaries..really? TLC made virginity look horrible.
Speaking of shows.......I saw this show the other night on the Style Network of all places about this guy who donated sperm HUNDREDS of times through out his years at Harvard law, and now he has 72 confirmed biological children. However, they are thinking the number is more in the 140's. Anyway, he has decided to meet the children per their request and his fiance is freaking out. And rightly so.
I really wish it was a series but I think it was just a one time show. Kinda like a documentary. I would be curious to see how he handles 140 requests to meet for lunch and putt-putt golf and what type of stress that puts on his relationship with his soon to be wife and future children.
It's crazy to think that someone in modern times (and who is not Bin Laden) can have 140 biological children. I can't believe there is not some sort of regulation on how many times once can donate sperm.

That whole situation is just odd.
Yeah I saw that 20/20 about all the sperm donors, that was interesting!
I don't think it was the same exact one that Kathy's talking about it. But come to think of it, I think one of those guys on the 20/20 special was a virgin despite donating his sperm to so many people.
