i'm bummed.. this is dumb
they have this board at work.. that i never knew about until today, where they put money in for the super bowl.. a progressive board, if any of you know about it.. like EVERYONE is in it.. and i thought i heard some one talking about something but i paid no mind to it.. because it wasn't to me..
anyway, i feel left out that they didn't ask if i wanted to be a part of it. and they probably never will. it makes me sad.

If I were you, I'd just mention (casually) how you'd love to be included in the Super Bowl betting next year, because even if you don't care at all about football, it can be fun (most the times I see betting done, it's usually like, the last number of the score at the end of each quarter, or the total score, so it's pretty much just random chance and always fun to have a reason to care)... Or, if you don't want to be that direct about this particular incident, just reach out and invite someone to do something (like go get coffee) and then see if they reciprocate. They probably just assume you are too busy to want to socialize with them.

k, glad we cleared that up!
No one invited me to be part of our board at work, but I just walked right in and gave them my dollar and wrote down my name in a square! lol Maybe next year they'll invite me sooner.
They did mention they didn't realize there would be such an interest in the board and that they should have started it sooner or made two boards.
i wish i would have known it before though.. so i could have asked to be a part of it.. i just didn't really know what was going on before.. just when it was already done and she was telling me about how much she is going to win.
