Can anyone recommend a great hotel in Seattle? We are looking in the downtown/pike place market area. I have never been there and we are looking forward for a romantic long weekend with DH and I, so any suggestions along those lines would be great!
Re: Hotels in Seattle?
We stayed here in December and loved it! We're local, but wanted to stay somewhere in the city during the holidays. We have out of town family that have tried several in city hotels and this is their favorite also. Nice rooms, great customer service and right in the market! Try to get a water/market or courtyard facing room if you can.

Also, the little French cafe next door has the best quiche I've ever had!
I got married at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle. It's a block south of Pike Place and if you get a Bay View Room, the views are spectacular (and if you get a City View room, just go down to the pool deck on the 4th floor and sit by the fire pits and drink wine during sunset / at night).
The hotel was recently ranked the #1 hotel in Seattle and the #4 hotel in the U.S. by US News & World Report. I can tell you that the rooms, service, food, and staff were all flawless during the week my DH and I stayed there before / after our wedding.
It's also surprisingly affordable for a Four Seasons Hotel - I've seen rooms as low as $285 a night online.
After 2 years of IF workups/treatments and 2 IUIs, we have closed the door on fertility treatments.
We are very excited to be pursuing international adoption from China!

The Westin Seattle (2 circular towers), we loved it. Great downtown location, close to everything, and the rooms are really nice, with curved walls!
We also really liked our stay at the Renaissance, nice hotel with amazing views from the upper floors. Good location but I like the Westin location more.
We pricelined the W for $90 twice.
