I just bought some for the first time to make a skinnytaste recipe. I know some people are addicted, but I've never used it before. I'm sure I will like it since I love hot stuff, so I pre-emptively ask --- What is your favorite sriracha dish?

This is the first recipe I ever bought Sriracha for and it was sooo good.
Mix 1 can of coconut milk, a heaping tbsp. of peanut butter, and a liberal squirt of sriracha, simmer in a saucepan over medium-low while you prepare whatever protein, veggies and starch (usually for me, it's tofu, rice and broccoli) then pour the sauce over. It's so freaking good. I also squirt extra on top.

DH loved this recipe. I also really liked the suggestion to mix a little Sriracha in with mayo for sandwiches.
We love this recipe.
DH mixes it with Ranch when he makes wings.
We put it on everything. Burgers, tacos, stir fry, etc.
