Southwest air cancellation
I bought an airline ticket last year that I couldn't use, so I cancelled it. I re-booked for a few weeks from now, but I don't think I can go this time, either. Can it be cancelled and rebooked again, or can you only do it once?

You can cancel and rebook multiple times. It just has to be within 12 months of purchase.
Yes, this. And I think that the actual flight must be within a year, not just the scheduling of the flight.
