Eating well is killing me (TMI)
I've really focused on upping my fruit and veggie intake this week and it's making for some painful bathroom experiences (at least, I'm assuming that's what is causing it?)----it's been worse than my first post partum bowel movement. It's awful. I took some Colace this morning, so I think I'll keep doing that. Any other suggestions?
